About Clockwork Visa Services

Immigration done properly means peace of mind
Immigration isn’t just paperwork. It’s people’s lives, businesses, and futures.
And when the process is confusing or goes wrong, it can cost more than just time. It can cost stability, income, and peace of mind.
I work with employers, migrants, and individuals who want to get things right.
At Clockwork Visa Services, I offer full-service immigration support that takes the stress off your shoulders and gives you confidence your application is being carefully managed.
Everything is hands-on, detail-focused, and prepared to meet Immigration New Zealand’s requirements as clearly and completely as possible.
You won’t be handed a checklist and left to figure it out alone. I guide you through every step, review your documents along the way, and build applications designed to give you the strongest possible chance of success.
If you’re trying to keep a valued employee, reunite your family, or start a new chapter in New Zealand, I’ll help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Because when immigration is handled properly, everything else becomes easier.
This path wasn’t planned. But it fits perfectly.
I didn’t plan to become an immigration adviser. I found my way here by following what felt right
Like many people, I followed the opportunities that came my way and learned everything I could along the journey.
I started in a management training scheme at Foodtown, working in every department and seeing firsthand how different parts of a business operate.
From there, I moved into small business roles - logistics, accounts, operations - getting my hands into everything and learning to solve real problems with real consequences.
It was around this time I went back to university and completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in management with a focus on entrepreneurship, HR, and law. That’s when things started to click.
Next came a role at a computer software company, where I also worked in event management, and then a turning point: a position at Crown Relocations managing settlement support. I was helping people find homes, schools, language support, airport pickups and coordinating immigration services alongside it all.
That was the moment I realised I’d found the perfect blend of everything I loved: HR, law, customer service, logistics, and people care - all in one. Immigration was the accidental career I never planned, but absolutely love.
And I’ve been doing it ever since.
I’ve worked in retail, manufacturing, import-export, agriculture, new business development, and even software sales. Then I moved into settlement services, immigration, and eventually started my own business.
In every role, I was known for finding practical answers, solving problems, and pulling everything together behind the scenes.
Immigration was a natural fit because I understood how businesses operate, what compliance really looks like day to day, and how visa decisions impact real people, families, and futures.
What “full service immigration” really means
There are a lot of immigration advisers out there, but not all services are created equal.
Some advisers only handle the front end and leave their admin team to finish the job.
Some expect clients to pull everything together themselves. Some submit applications that just hope for approval.
That’s not how I work.
I help people navigate the visa process with expert guidance, hands-on support, and a plan that gives them the best possible chance of success.
When you work with me, you’re getting full-service support from a licensed adviser who’s deeply involved in every step. You’ll receive clear requests, ongoing feedback, and guidance throughout, not just a checklist.
I put every application together myself, in a way that makes sense to Immigration New Zealand and shows that your case is complete, accurate, and ready for a decision.
That’s what full service means to me.
Not just advice. Not just documents. But a plan, a process, and a properly prepared application managed by someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
What matters most to me
Done properly
I believe every application deserves care, accuracy, and attention to detail. No shortcuts, no guesswork.
People first
This work isn’t just about paperwork. It’s about people’s lives, futures, and families, and I never forget that.
Calm and clear
I bring structure and calm to a process that can feel messy and stressful. You’ll always know what’s going on and what comes next.
